IFRS 2018FY financials preview

RusHydro will present its 2018 FY IFRS results on Thursday, march 14.

Results will be disclosed after 2:00 pm, and the press conference is scheduled 4:00 pm MSK.

Results might be considered expected at large as operation numbers have already been announced (production grew 3% up), and management has announced its targets on the financial estimates in course of the recent Capital Markets Day (hosted in late February): sales target is around RUB 400 bn, EBITDA – 108, net profit – approximately RUB 30 bn.

Among other matters, the company plans introducing irreducible value of dividend payments in order to cut volatility of dividend payout.

We expect information capable of affecting the quotes to be presented in course of the conference call.

Currently, the point is on details on a possible share issue to finance the Pevek-Bilibino project and future of balancing tariffs in Far East Federal District.

Company is to face the CapEx peak in 2019. For 2019 FY, highly likely we are to observe writing off stations, launched during the current year.
