BlueFloat, China’s Dajin to partner on floating wind supply chain
Sep 19, 2024 15:04 CESTJun 26, 2012 - Danish wind turbine maker Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CPH:VWS) said today it would supply eight units of its V100-2.0 MW turbines for the Valcaire plant to be built close to Granada, Spain.
The contract was awarded by Eyra Instalaciones y Servicios, part of Spanish construction and services group ACS (MCE:ACS).
Delivery of the turbines is due in the second half of 2012 and commissioning -- by the end of the year. The deal also includes transportation, installation and commissioning, and five-year full-scope services.
So far, Eyra Instalaciones y Servicios has installed more than 244 MW of Vestas turbines.
