Vestas to deliver 180 MW of wind power capacity to Swedish Eolus Vind

Jul 5, 2011 - Swedish wind farm developer Eolus Vind AB (STO:EOLU B) said today it has sealed a frame agreement with Danish major Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CPH:VWS) for the supply of wind turbines with a combined capacity of 180 MW.
No financial details were available.

The turbines, of the V90, V100 and V112 models, will be delivered by Vestas over a period of three years.
The contract replaces a frame agreement signed between the parties in April 2010 for up to 140 MW of wind power capacity.

Eolus Vind plans to establish about 90 turbines during fiscal 2011/12, starting September 1.
