Sep 19, 2024 13:28 CESTFrench renewable power plants operator Voltalia SA (EPA:VLTSA) announced on Monday that it will be in charge of the maintenance services for a 266-MW portfolio in Brazil.
The exact type of renewable assets or the name of the client was not disclosed in the press release.
Located in the municipality of Lajes, Rio Grande do Norte, the renewables bundle will receive "predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, including on-call services within two hours, module cleaning, waste management, warehouse and spare parts management, and documentation and control," Voltaia said.
Sebastien Clerc, CEO of Voltalia, noted that with this new contract, the company now operates and maintains more than 900 MW for this same client.
Overall, the French company currently operates and maintains 5 GW globally for third-party clients and 2.4 GW for its own account.
