Wallenstam to build 18.4-MW wind park in Sweden

Feb 1, 2012 - Swedish real estate company Wallenstam AB (STO:WALL B) said today it had started the construction of a wind park with a total capacity of 18.4 MW near Gunnarby in the Swedish municipality of Uddevalla.

Wallenstam ordered eight SWT-2.3-113 turbines at German engineering group Siemens AG (ETR:SIE).

Delivery of the turbines is scheduled to start in October this year and the wind farm is due to start operation in the first quarter of 2013.
