Capstone Infrastructure Corporation (TSE:CSE-A) said it has acquired a 29-MW portfolio of onshore wind parks in Ontario from Wpd Europe GmbH.

-- Bluefield Solar buys 70-MWp PV plant on former RAF airbase

Bluefield Solar Income Fund Ltd (LON:BSIF) said it has bought the holding company for a 70-MWp solar photovoltaic (PV) plant on a former Royal Air Force (RAF) airbase in Wiltshire, England.

-- Total beefs up renewable gas position with French buy

French energy major Total SA (EPA:FP) has taken over anaerobic digestion (AD) specialist Fonroche Biogaz in a drive to further strengthen its presence in the renewable gas market.

-- InterEnergy acquires 34-MW wind farm plus pipeline in Dominican Republic

Energy solutions provider InterEnergy Group announced the acquisition of the 34-MW Matafongo onshore wind farm plus an under-development project pipeline in the Dominican Republic.

Gresham House Energy Storage Fund plc (LON:GRID) has acquired a 25-MW battery facility and has completed a 10-MW extension, expanding its portfolio to 350 MW, the UK battery storage fund said.

AURA Energi has agreed to buy 50% of a 56-MW repowered wind park owned by Danish wind and solar park operator Eurowind Energy A/S.

Slovenia's Resalta said it has completed the sale of its 5 MWe biomass-fired cogeneration power plant in Slatina, eastern Croatia, to Luxembourg-based energy-focused investment fund Pearl Infrastructure Capital.

The asset management unit of German renewables operator Encavis AG (ETR:CAP) has acquired a 53-MW portfolio of wind farms for Luxembourg-based special fund Encavis Infrastructure II (EIF II).

A fashion business family has bought a 5.8% stake in Spanish renewable energy and gas supplier Audax Renovables SA (BME:ADX), the company said.

Goldman Sachs Renewable Power LLC (GSRP) has acquired a 300-MW solar project with a 140.25-MW/561-MWh energy storage component in California from developer Recurrent Energy.

-- Spain's Audax buys two 5-MWp solar projects in Toledo

Spanish renewable energy and gas company Audax Renovables SA (BME:ADX) has acquired two 5-MWp solar photovoltaic (PV) projects located in Toledo province, central Spain.

-- Luxcara, BeGreen to realise 415-MWp solar portfolio in Denmark

German asset manager Luxcara GmbH has entered into an investment agreement with Danish solar developer BeGreen A/S concerning four photovoltaic (PV) parks in Denmark with a total capacity of up to 415 MWp.

-- Harrison Street buys 102 MW of US solar capacity from Ecoplexus

Investment management firm Harrison Street has bought a 101.9-MW commercial and industrial (C&I) solar portfolio in the US from renewables developer Ecoplexus.

-- Avalon Park Group to buy land for 300-MW-plus solar plant in Florida

Communities developer Avalon Park Group has signed a deal to buy land in Volusia County, Florida, where it plans to build a 300-MW-plus solar power plant with Swiss and Singaporean partners.

-- Total, 174 Power Global ink JV deal for 1.6 GW of US solar, storage projects

French energy giant Total SE (EPA:FP) has signed an agreement with 174 Power Global to create a 50/50 joint venture (JV) aimed at developing 12 utility-scale solar and storage projects for 1.6 GW of combined capacity in the US.

Total said that these projects have been transferred from a pipeline developed by 174 Power Global.

Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) said it has advised two buyers of solar assets in Italy in deals for a total of 6 MW of capacity.

New York-based Greenbacker Group, which invests in renewable energy and energy-efficiency projects, said it has partnered with investor 1251 Capital Group as it prepares to grow further.

Missouri-focused electric utility held by Ameren Corp (NYSE:AEE) has wrapped up the acquisition of a 300-MW wind park in Missouri that is partly operational and will be fully alive within 2021.

Spanish power and gas utility Naturgy Energy Group SA (BME:NTGY) has made an investment debut in the US after acquiring a company that holds a portfolio of 8 GW worth of solar and 4.6 GW of co-located energy storage projects across nine US states.

-- Cloudberry to part with 80% stake in 100-MW Swedish nearshore wind project

Cloudberry Clean Energy AS said it has signed а share purchase deal under which funds managed by Downing LLP will take control of a 100-MW nearshore wind project in Sweden and leave the Nordic firm with a 20% interest.
