Brazilian state-controlled oil and gas company Petroleo Brasileiro SA (BVMF:PETR4), or Petrobras, said it has started the binding phase in the joint sale process for its stakes in two wind farms totalling 52 MW.

Helsinki-based renewable energy developer Taaleri Energia Ltd has sold a 93% stake in the 336-MW Escalade wind project in Texas to one of its funds and a group of investors for an undisclosed sum.

The Arab Petroleum Investments Corporation (APICORP) has acquired a 20% stake in the developer of the 117-MW Tafila wind farm in Jordan, the development bank said.

Cubico Sustainable Investments has purchased an onshore wind development business in France with a portfolio totalling 200 MW of projects.
-- ASI fund buying 40.4 MW of Polish solar from Modus Group
A unit of Lithuania’s Modus Group is selling 40.4 MW of solar parks in Poland to a fund owned by asset manager Aberdeen Standard Investments (ASI) for an undisclosed sum.
