-- Israel's Enlight negotiating 300-MW solar buy in Europe

Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd (TLV:ENLT) is holding discussions to acquire a 300-MW wind project in Western Europe, it said in a bourse filing.

Indian renewable energy company Greenko Energy Holdings said it has agreed to acquire Orange Renewables Singapore for a total enterprise value of USD 922 million.

The Renewables Infrastructure Group Ltd (LON:TRIG) has acquired two onshore wind farm projects in Northern France with a combined capacity of 31.8 MW.

The clean energy arm of New Jersey Resources (NYSE:NJR) said it has completed the sale of the 9.7-MW Two Dot wind farm in Montana to NorthWestern Energy for USD 18.5 million.

German automotive system supplier Webasto Group has agreed to buy the Efficient Energy Systems (EES) business of California-based AeroVironment (NASDAQ:AVAV) to beef up its global electric charging footprint.

Brazil's Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM) has postponed to June 18 the deadline for State Grid Corporation of China to recalculate the price at which it would buy out minorities in CPFL Energias Renovaveis (BVMF:CPRE3).

Enel SpA (BIT:ENEL) will settle its BRL-5.55-billion acquisition of a 73.4% stake in Brazil's Eletropaulo (BVMF:ELPL3) on June 7, using short-term bank financing arranged and secured by its Americas arm.

A newly-formed renewables joint venture between Votorantim Energia and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) could bid for units being sold by Brazil’s state-run Eletrobras (BVMF:ELET6), a top official told Reuters.
