Marmen to restart wind tower production for 350-MW Quebec project
Sep 18, 2024 16:11 CESTSep 28, 2011 - German wind power developer Windreich AG said yesterday it completed the construction of 10 MW onshore wind park in the north-west of Toronto, Canada.
At the plant with total annual capacity of 27 million kWh, have been installed wind turbines of the Enercon E-70 type. The park will generate electricity enough for the supply of 10,000 people, the company added.
Windreich did not reveal any financial details about the investment's amount.
The new facility is a step forward for the international future of Windreich and the development of its onshore activities, according to Josef Schilling, CEO of FC Windenergy, which is part of Windreich’s onshore division.
