Zeus Capital Sicav buys into Italy's Enertronica

Italian photovoltaic (PV) systems manufacturer Enertronica SpA (BIT:ENT) said on Monday that Luxembourg-based fund Zeus Capital Sicav has bought shares in it accounting for a 1.44% stake.

Zeus Capital Sicav, via its Zeus Capital Sicav Global Allocation Total Return fund, has acquired 49,800 shares in Enertronica, the Italian company said in a statement.

The fund is currently investing some 20-25% of its assets in stocks listed on the AIM Italia segment of the Milan stock market, Enertronica said.

In the past 12 months, the fund raised its exposure to the AIM Italia market, which is constantly growing in terms of both values traded and new listings, Zeus Capital director general Fabio Mazzali said.
